Bio health center is a walk-in clinic and family physician practice located in Maple, Vaughan. Our primary goal is to provide the best health care services possible to the people of Vaughan by providing a broad range of services including, but not limited to:

We have extended our hours including after work hours and weekends. We accept new patients by walk-in or making appointments. There are other services available in our building like pediatrics, neurology consultation and foot care as well as pharmacy, physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic and osteopathy services to make one-stop health care services for our patients. There are also plenty of parking spots available for your convenience right at our location.
You can just walk-in or make an appointment to see our experienced physician, who is our clinical director, Dr. Shahin Hatami. He is a family physician practicing in Maple, Ontario since 2003. Dr. Hatami Keen area of interests are Adult Medicine, Pediatric Medicine, Women’s Health, Sport and Preventative Medicine.
Cosmetic botox and Juvederm fillers for men and women are also offered at our clinic by Dr. Hatami. Cosmetic botox reverses signs of aging by softening frown lines, wrinkles around the eyes and along the forehead. These injections relax muscles in the face for a natural, more refreshed appearance.
Dr. Hossein Khaksar, M.D., F.R.C.P., C.S.C.N.(E.M.G.) is our Neurologist/ Neuromuscular specialist.

Shagana Viveack, B.Sc., D.Ch., Registered Chiropodist/foot specialist is available to help you with all your foot care needs. A chiropodist is a primary health care professional practicing podiatric medicine, the management and prevention in disease and disorders of the foot. Our Chiropodist assess, prescribes, manage and carries out treatments including minor surgical, soft tissue procedures and therapeutic treatments.

Please bring your provincial health card (OHIP card) with you to your appointment as well as the list of medication you are currently taking to have a proper assessment or consultation with our physician. You may need to have some information handy like your current address, phone number and emergency contact information to update your file. If it is not your first visit with our doctors then you need to update all these information in case of recent changes.
